Client needs always come first. This principle is embedded
in our culture and values that provide a framework for
both staff and client satisfaction.

Our culture and values - client side consulting

The independence of management consulting has in the past been compromised by ties to audit practices and, perhaps of more concern to clients, is now becoming aligned with global suppliers of systems, hardware and outsourced services. Halo Nine addresses this issue; its objectives and culture are specifically framed to ensure that client needs and objectives are the only priority.

Our culture

We work 'client-side', ensuring that we deliver tangible results through objective, practical advice combined with a determination to transfer skills and capability to our clients.

We deploy only small teams of very experienced practitioners to ensure delivery. They do not presume to know all the answers, nor will they prescribe any proprietary method, but will listen carefully before offering practical, objective advice.

We aim to leave our clients not only with the job well done, but also more self-sufficient and with increased capability and knowledge.

We are a high-value organization and we are careful to focus our investments only on those areas of value to our clients.

We are committed to a vision of more than 50% of equity being owned by our workforce within five years. We see this as a key to high levels of staff and customer satisfaction.

Our values
  • We apply focused skills and experience to enhance our clients' teams, not take them over
  • We transfer our skills through teamwork and coaching
  • We respect contributions from everyone on the team, but we will challenge and expect to be challenged
  • We are hands-on and delivery focused, respecting our clients' objectives, not our own
  • We support our clients' management but leave it in control
  • We never forget that we are only as good as our last assignment
