Delivery or Leadership
Roles
Our consultants will act as part of a client's
team, taking on defined delivery roles either to supplement
resources or to provide specific skills and experience. If
required, they will take on leadership roles, managing joint
teams to achieve program or project objectives.
Architecture and
Design
We provide
consultants with in-depth knowledge and experience of a wide
range of technical issues, specializing particularly in
developing enterprise-wide architectures that will stand the
test of time.
Frameworks and
Methods We will help
clients to develop effective in-house methods related to all
aspects of business change, using our wide experience to
recommend what will work best in a particular environment.
'Shadow' Roles Our
consultants are used to working alongside client managers in
'shadow' roles, ensuring that the work is owned in-house but
providing ongoing support to leave the team
self-sufficient.
Coaching, skills improvement and
knowledge enhancement We will undertake part or full
time coaching assignments to improve the skills of client
staff. We will also design and deliver specific training
courses with a strong emphasis on practical experience in all
aspects of business change.
