Halo Nine has been proactive in recognizing this emerging
trend. We therefore offer the flexibility to work as full-time
or part-time Employees or Associates. In some cases - for
example academics and US-based experts - our consultants have
commitments which preclude them from accepting employment with
us.

High qualifications
Our
clients' demands are challenging. To meet and exceed their
expectations we recruit only the best consultants with a
demonstrable track record and expertise in one or more of our
core disciplines:
- Strategy validation and the design of business change
programs
- Program or project management
- Process and organizational design
- Enterprise architecture and technical consultancy
- Sourcing and supplier management
Each of our consultants must have not only specific
expertise and a demonstrable track record of delivery, but
also the broad consulting skills that will deliver added value
to our clients.

applications for both Permanent and Associate positions. In
either case it is your skills, experience and approach that
matter to us and our clients. Associates must meet or exceed
the criteria applied to our permanent staff and readily
embrace our values and ways of working. We aim to establish
long and mutually beneficial relationships.
High Expectations
Working for Halo Nine is no easy ride. The job
brings with it the pressures of peer reviews and upholding our
demanding corporate standards and values. We expect a
combination of commitment to delivery alongside a
responsibility for hands-on coaching of colleagues and client
team members. Our clients will expect you to demonstrate an
aptitude and enthusiasm for transferring your skills to their
staff. Mobility is essential: you must be prepared to work
whenever and wherever your client needs your support. You will
need to work in supportive roles or, when required, take the
lead and accept delivery responsibility. You will also be
expected, through assignment feedback and research, to help
ensure that our services are up to date and relevant to our
clients.
Finally, we expect our consultants to have an ongoing
personal commitment to improving their skills and knowledge,
keeping abreast of emerging trends in their specialist areas.
