Our consulting style
Through our research, experienced users of consultants have told us what they look for from consultants. They are also very clear on their concerns and dislikes and we specifically respond to these by an appropriate alignment of services, style and approach.

Our Consultants will therefore not:

  • attempt to set their client's agenda and take control
  • impose their own ideas or approach
  • advise but fail to deliver
  • build a case for downstream work for Halo Nine at the client's expense
  • load inexperienced staff onto the assignment
  • be protective about their knowledge and skills.
